Photo Stuck in Ongoing Deliveries
Modified on: Wed, 16 Oct, 2024 at 8:33 AM
Sometimes, a photo or a video can get stuck in ongoing deliveries in the Frameo app. The photo/video will be stuck at a certain percentage, e.g. "0% Sent".
This usually happens if either the frame or the phone has a problem with the internet connection at the time of sending.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Cancel the Sending
If you are able to send new photos to the frame without problems, you can try to cancel the photo/video stuck in ongoing deliveries.
Please try to force close the Frameo app on your smartphone and see if that helps.

Make Sure That the Phone Is Online
You can check if your phone is online and connected to the internet by opening a different app on your phone. You can for instance try to load a video from the internet, or search the web.
Reboot Phone and Frame
If none of the above solved the problem, you can try to reboot your phone as well as the frame (turning it off and on again).
