If you have a user account and wish to change the password for the account or if you have forgotten the password please follow the steps below.

Forgot password

You can reset the password by following the guide below.

Step 1: Use the Frameo app

• Open the Frameo app on your smartphone
• Under "Get started with" press Email
• At the bottom press Log in
• Press Forgot password?

Step 2: Use your Email

• Type the email tied to your account
• Check your email inbox (It might take a few minutes for the email to arrive)

Step 3: Change the password

• In the email press Change password
• Type in the new password and confirm it

Change password

You can change the password by following the guide below.

Step 1: Use the Frameo app

• Open the Frameo app on your smartphone
• Press the  icon on the left-hand side of the app
• Press My account
• Press Change password
• Press Change

Step 2: Use your Email

• Check your email inbox (It might take a few minutes for the email to arrive)

Step 3: Change the password

• In the email press Change password
• Type in the new password and confirm it
