How to Share Photos From Third-Party Apps

Modified on: Wed, 16 Oct, 2024 at 8:32 AM

You can share photos and videos from other apps (e.g. Google Photos, iCloud Photos, Amazon Photos etc.) to your frame. This makes it possible for you to share the photo from other apps without having to save them to your phone's own storage.

Here’s a Guide to Share Photos

Step 1: Open the Third-Party App

Find and select the photo(s) you wish to share to the Frameo app (You can share up to 10 photos at once, whereas videos are limited to 1 at a time).

Step 2: Share the Photo

Use the Share button to share the selected photo(s). The share icon typically looks like one of these:

Find the Frameo app among the other apps that also allow sharing, and simply tap it.

Step 3: Send the Photo

The photo should now open in the Frameo app - ready to be sent!

An Alternative to Sharing

In case you prefer being able to browse through your photos directly from the Frameo app's gallery, you can save photos and videos from other apps to your phone's storage. Then, they will show up directly in the Frameo app's gallery, and you will be able to transfer them from there instead.
